Cedar Hill Academy believes that children who love to learn will thrive and grow as they start their journey that will lead to a life filled with success. We want to help you nurture and create this love of learning in your children by teaching students with a hands-on approach as they discover and explore the world using unit based studies, sciences and math. We are located on three acres in beautiful Snohomish, Washington.

Twani Capelli

Founder & Certified K-8 Teacher

A lifelong learner, Mrs. Twani, has always had a passion to grow in knowledge and share that with others in a way that is engaging and rich. As her own children were finishing up school, she herself went back to Western Washington University to get her K-8 elementary teaching certificate all while working full time as a Title 1 and Lap classroom teacher in the local school district. She taught in a traditional classroom setting for numerous years before deciding that her calling was to teach in a more creative and meaningful environment that gave her the ability to really connect with the students and personalize their educations. She has over 24 years of specialized teaching experience both in classroom and in a homeschool setting. In addition, her nurturing spirit, kind heart, creative thinking and logical mind help her to build a learning environment where her students love to discover new ideas and skills.

Staci Lynch

Student Mentor, Administrative Assistant & Curriculum Consultant

A homeschool mom of 13 years to three young men, Staci has learned a few things about how to plan a homeschool routine. She has also tried and tested many different homeschooling curriculums and would love to share her experience with you. She is passionate about helping you learn to teach each child in their own way to achieve their full potential.
